This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes only the acquisition, use/processing and retention of the information of the Company’s members and users or contacts or coordinators (“Data Providers”) and does not include our affiliates which have different business models and will have their own separate privacy policies.

Transparency is an integral part of our business and is important to us as the data subject (“you”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information, purposes, and practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure and retention of such information, in particular, the Personal Information you provide when registering for and using or using the Website, including participating in activities or using other services of the Company.

We will collect, use, disclose and retain your information only as you have provided or authorized us to collect, use, disclose or retain it, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Data retention period

The Company will retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes related to this Policy or until the member account is closed or terminated or as required by the laws of Thailand, which is normally 2 years from the time the member account is closed or deleted, which may be extended or changed as required by applicable law. However, once such period has expired, we will delete or destroy such information from our database or anonymize it.

The Company uses security and protection measures to store your personal data in accordance with the Company's policies and guidelines to prevent breaches of personal data that are updated from time to time as appropriate, such as security technology systems to prevent loss, unauthorized access or disclosure of data, confidentiality measures applicable to the Company's personnel, partners or third parties related to the Company.

The Company will consider and complete the request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request letter. However, the Company must always verify your identity first and may refuse to exercise the above rights or may not be able to process the request for legal reasons or may be restricted by relevant laws. The Company will inform you of the reasons for the refusal.
